The exterior dimensions of new Toyota Rush and Daihatsu Terios are identical: 4435 mm in length, 1695 mm in width, 1705 mm in height, with 2,685 mm of wheelbase and 220 mm of ground clearance. Compared with the models of Rash and Therios of the past generation, positioned as crossovers, the new generation cars are declared by manufacturers as a cross-van. In addition to the identical body dimensions, the exterior and interior design are also the same with few minimal differences. Externally, two models can be distinguished in original grilles with logos of Toyota and Daihatsu companies and different front bumpers.

Sideways, they have a compact hood, a strong slope of the front pillars, a practically flat roof line, large side doors and circular wheel arches. The rear part of the body is bright and attractive thanks to large shades of parking lights, a huge tailgate with a compact glass and a powerful bumper, dressed in black, scratch-resistant plastic.
