Two-liter horizontally opposed atmosphere engine in a production version of a GT Convertible 86 will produce 200 hp and 205 Nm, combined with either “automatic” or with the “mechanics” (both manual – six) transmissions. Back in late November last year, it was announced that for the 83rd Geneva Motor Show, which will take place in March 2013, Toyota is planning to present to the public the newversion of its acclaimed sports car GT 86. However, the Japanese officially confirmed this information just now, adding that in Switzerland is debuting a pre-production sample.

86 GT Open Concept is not the only novelty of Toyota in Geneva – it is also expected to see the concept car i-Road, serial golf wagon Auris Touring Sports and design concept based on it, called the Auris Touring Sports Black. In addition, there will also be the European premiere of Palexpo RAV4 crossover fourth generation, which was first shown at last year’s November auto-show in Los Angeles.
